Any faulty product may be returned to us within 3 months for replacement or a full refund.

Any clothing product may be returned to us within 28 days for a full refund as long as the tags are still intact.  For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returned personal products or lotions unless they are faulty.  Refunds will be made as soon as the goods are returned. Goods must be returned to us at the customers expense.

Please return goods to Ann Summers For Less, 7 Waveney Green, Southampton, SO16 9DB.  If you want to maintain privacy you can address it to Julie Barlow instead of Ann Summers For Less.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
